Clear Claim Support is an independent claim management service. We do not provide legal advice or act as loss assessors.

We have three different levels of service:

Initial - We help you for up to the first three months of your claim - we support and co ordinate and once it's all running smoothly and you know who's doing what, we will hand over all the details for you to continue your claim yourself.

Additional - You receive the same level of support as the Initial level but for six months, for a standard escape of water or small fire claim, you can expect works to be completed in this time, although this is no guarantee.

Complete - We support you and coordinate your claim for you until the claim has been finalised.

The fees for each level of service are as follows:

Initial: - A one off payment of £500

Additional: - A one off payment of £750

Complete: - A one off payment of £1000
