FREE INITIAL CHAT - We review your situation and explain how we can help. Chat can be on the phone, by email or by Whatsapp, whatever fits into your life better.
FLAT FEE AGREEMENT - We don't take a percentage of your claim, we have a three tier fixed fee based upon how much you want us to get involved. Most insurers will allow our fee to be added to your claim so you're not out of pocket but do check with them first.
EFFICIENT CLAIM MANAGEMENT - We handle all chasing, communications and coordination, keeping you updated every step of the way.

Q: Do you replace my insurer?
A: No, we work alongside your insurer to ensure your claim progresses.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: We charge a flat fee per claim, agreed upfront. Depending on the level of support you require, this will be either £500, £750 or £1000. We will discuss this with you during your initial chat.
Q: Can you guarantee my claim will succeed?
A: No, but we ensure all chasing, follow up's and coordination are handled efficiently to maximise your chances of a smooth resolution.
